How To Book

1. Firstly ensure a vessel is available on the date your require. Contact us on 01395 222144 or via email to provisionally book the date your would like
2. It is important to read the specific vessel information to ensure your requirements suit the facilties available on the boat. Please speak to us if you have any concerns

3. Provisional Bookings are held for two weeks. In this time you need to complete a Booking Form and return it with your Ł100 deposit (non-refundable). Booking Forms can be either be posted to you or downloaded by clicking HERE or on the notepad
4. All our suggested suppliers can be contacted directly to arrange your event. They will liase with us regarding boarding times and facilities. If you would like a Disco please state your maximum price on the booking form and we will arrange this for you.
5. A written confirmation of your booking will be supplied to you as soon as possible after we recive your form and deposit.
6. The remaining balance is due one week before sailing and we will also request a more definate idea of passengers numbers at this time.

The Small Print: Private Hire is subject to the availability of vessels and crew.
Written confirmation will only be supplied once the deposit and booking form have been received. Prices quoted are for evening hire only, daytime hire is at the discretion of the company and may incur a higher charge.

You are not permitted to bring your own alcohol on the boat, only drinks puchased from the on board bar maybe consumed (including soft drinks). No one under the influence of alcohol will be allowed to sail.
